What delivery do we offer?

We offer standard parcel delivery and we also can do collection if you are local to us. We will get items posted out once we have confirmation of payment and will send proof of sending to the provided email address from purchase.

Can I customise my order?

We do offer customisation for certain items, we will NOT do copyrighted items but we will be able to work to a theme and make the customisation around that theme itself. For example, harry potter we would use brooms and potion designs.

Do you have unlimited stock?

We are a small company so are stock is limited to the amount we have and what we can sell, we will update the shop pages regularly with new items and items that are limited we will have there stock number written so we do not over sell the products. We also do craft fayres so if we do over sell we will endeavour to get the stock in to replace those that have been ordered or we will offer a suitable replacement to you.
